Criteria for culling roses

My criteria is that any
leafless stick or disease ridden bush will go. So far Willie Baffin and
Knockout are the only disease free completely foliated bush in the yard
and they have not been sprayed. There are others with lots of leaves
that I'm keeping but I haven't gotten to them yet.
Other good ones are Green Ice and PopcornBoth have a little blackspot
but are growing vigorously.
Looks like most the hybrid teas and minis will go.
So far I've removed First Light, Sundowner, Fabulous, Valencia, Oranges
and Lemons, Tempie Lee, Veteran's Honor, Impatient, Countess Celeste,
The Fairy, Mt. Hood, New Zealand, Double Delight, Sweet6 Vivian, Voodoo,
Sutter's Gold, Headliner, Iceberg, Stretch Johnson, Nightingale, Crimson
Glory, White Lightning, Fame, Ain't She Sweet, Duet, Candlelabra, Show
Biz, First Prize, Betty Boop, Tropicana, Legend, Azure Sea, Eternity,
Pleasure, Sonia, White Masterpiece, Fountain Square, Brandenburg Gate,
Cherish, Timeless, and All That Jazz.
More tomorrow as I've just begun.
